Women’s Issues

A space to understand yourself more deeply — and show up differently.

The work centers the experiences that are often uniquely shaped by gender — but the core questions of identity, worth, and belonging are ones many of us share.

If you’re navigating the particular weight of what’s asked of you, or trying to understand who you are outside of your roles and responsibilities, this is a space for that. Whether you’re facing something specific or simply feeling like you’ve lost touch with yourself, you deserve support that takes your experience seriously.

You might be in the right place if…

  • You’ve spent so long taking care of others that you’re not sure who you are anymore

  • You say yes when you mean no — and you’re tired of it

  • You struggle with feeling like you’re never quite enough, no matter what you accomplish

  • You’re moving through a major life transition and feeling unsteady

  • Your relationship patterns keep leading you to the same painful places

  • You care anxiety quietly, holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside

  • Something has shifted — if your life, your relationships, or your sense of self — and you can’t quire name it yet

You don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support. If something feels off — in yourself, your relationships, or the life you’re living — that’s enough to get started.

What we might work on together

  • Self-esteem and self-worth

  • People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries

  • Codependency and relationship patterns

  • Identity and the question of who you are outside of your roles

  • Life transitions — career changes, moves, divorce, empty nesting, aging

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Perfectionism and high-functioning anxiety

  • Navigating relationships with family, partners, and friends

What to expect in therapy

I work best with clients who are ready to do more than just vent — though there’s absolutely space for that too. My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in real skill-building. We’ll spend time understanding the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and then we’ll get to work changing them.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, we’ll develop tools that actually fit your life. You don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support. If something feels off, that’s enough.
